The Fusion Four Team
Car Wash and Bake Sale!

Our journey started when Reira and Minah met as the only two girls on a different robotics team. Joining that team was a good introduction to robotics and a catalyst for both the parents and the two friends to create an all-girls team. Three years ago, we started the Fusion Four team. Our team fuses our strengths and weaknesses together, striving to discover new things and constantly improve. Our team attended the same elementary school, White Oaks Elementary, from 3rd through 6th grade, and we became good friends in the 4th grade.  Even though robotics can put a lot of stress on us we still pull through which brings us to where we are now.

Sharing Our Story!

This Saturday, April 6th,  we are hosting a car wash and a bake sale at 5239 Rolling Rd, Springfield, VA 22151- the Kings Park Exxon gas station- from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm. We are also having an information booth set up for anyone interested in learning more details and specifics about robotics. You can also learn more about our team, and FIRST Lego League. We will be doing a demonstration of some programs, including a line following program, with both our team's robot and a simpler EV3 robot. Come out and join us!

We recently received the opportunity to be on television and have multiple articles written about us. We are immensely grateful to have been gifted these opportunities, and we will never forget this. Thank you to all who have watched us on Fox 5 Morning News, heard us on WTOP radio station, and read the newspaper article in the Burke Connection, the article in the Burke Patch, and/or the online WTOP article. We would also like to thank those who gave us the wonderful opportunity to share our story and our mission. It has been an amazing experience to work with all of you. The links below are to the multiple sites. Make sure to check them out and read them!

Worlds 2019!
Help Us Get to Worlds

Our team recently won the states championship in the Virginia/DC area for Division I. Our team is so grateful and excited to have this wonderful opportunity as we have put our life and soul into this competition. We are also ecstatic to meet teams from all over the country and all over the world. As said from First them selves "more than 70,000 people from around the world – plus 1,300 robots – will travel to Houston and Detroit to celebrate inspiring young innovators, leaders, and changemakers at the 2019 FIRST®Championship"
